Pay As You Go
For clients who require support on an ad hoc basis. A very flexible solution and ideal if you have not used a Virtual PA before, work is charged at a competitive hourly rate on a 'pay as you go' basis. Our rates are £25 per hour (20% OFF for July and August 2012).
Retainer Packages
For clients who require regular support on a monthly basis, retainer packages are available at a reduced rate and are to be paid on a monthly basis. We offer 3 monthly retainer money saving bundles:

Transcription Rates Per Minute
For all the above rates, any additional charges such as mileage (charged at 40p per mile), travel, print, phone calls, stationery etc will be charged to the client at cost.
If work is requested with a 24 hour turnaround, a surcharge of 15% may be applied.
We are not currently VAT registered so VAT will not be charged.
Payments
When invoiced you can pay by cheque, cash or by PayPal - you do not need to have a PayPal account and it is super secure.
